5.5.
Annother windy day forecast and after 3 consecutive day foiling I was
knackered but the day started beezy and sunny so I decided to head to
Levington early for a quick couple of hours as we were seeing Maeva again:)
Arrived at the marina at 8.30 and Andy M was already out onn the water
winging, in fact he had been there since 7.30 annd definitely had the best
of the wind. I went for my 5.5 and went out as Andy was finishing saying
the wind was dropping:( I went out as the sun disappeared with a few spots
of rain but I had a few OK short runs across the corner with some nice
gybes, in fact I was slightly faster today but it was short lived as the
sun returned and the wind dropped as the classic yachts headed out to race
again. I sailed slowly back to take a few pics before some rain returned,
then I packed up and had a lovely afternoon with Jay and Maeva as Dan
headed to London to see comedian. Maeva enjoyed bubbles in the garden, then
cheesy beans for all, then we headed down to soft play at the leisure
centre ad had a short walk along the prom in nice sunshine!
